Our Year 5 and 6 pupils made a splash at the annual Primary School Swimming Gala held at the Dolphin Centre. Representing Mowden, the children showcased skill, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the event.
Their efforts paid off spectacularly, bringing home an impressive 36 medals: 7 gold, 11 silver, and 18 bronze. Even more importantly, it was wonderful to see the children enjoying the experience and supporting one another in true Mowden spirit.
Staff and pupils are incredibly proud of the team’s achievements. A special thanks goes to the Darlington Schools Sport Partnership for organising such a fantastic event, and congratulations to all the schools who participated.
